What you buy
Essential is a self-made interactive invitation hosted for 12 months from publishing. Signature is a custom invitation produced by our team under a separate order confirmation.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, photos and text you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them and give us a licence to host and display them for your invitation. You must not upload anything unlawful, hateful, or anyone's likeness without consent.
Music
Music is chosen from our licensed library. Uploading copyrighted songs is not permitted.
AI-generated art
Some illustrations are generated by AI from photos you provide with consent, and are labelled as AI-generated.
Acceptable use
No spam, phishing, impersonation or collection of guests' data for other purposes. We may suspend invitations that break these rules.
Liability
We work hard to keep your invitation online. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that invitation.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
